This is headed in the right direction but needs some changes to make it a "must have." UI currently has dropdown of ALL lists, rather than allowing first a selection of a board and then a list. When you use Trello as much as I do, that means there are more than 50 items to scroll through. This may be the reason that it is sluggish.
