Adds a quick access to deth.net editor to view contracts on different etherscan like sites.

This plugin adds a small quick shortcut "View in VS Code" to the related deth.net page on etherscan like sites page of contracts. Helps developers to view the contract code more comfortable. Currently supported 19 etherscan.io like sites. source code: https://github.com/jcxia43/contract-mate
