I cannot login, it gives a 403: Forbidden error, I tried changing the password and also checked my username and it didn't work :(

When it works it is great. As of now even though everything is working on my laptop the app still says I can't use it. 403?

I have had the app for a couple years and it worked perfectly fine. I have not used the app since the start of 2020. So when I tried to login today the app only says "403 forbidden". Judging by the other reviews it appears this app has gone defunct.
