I notice others have had trouble using this app. Keep in mind the use of your webcam can only occur by ONE app at a time. So maybe the trouble comes from the webcam being used by another program? I know this app won't open fully and show the mirror if I already have my webcam app open. I use this app frequently, however the quality isn't the greatest.
