HyperG - Automatic Hyperlinks In Gmail
Automatically create hyperlinks in gmail. This extension will save you a ton of time Simply type a word or phrase and HyperG will automatically convert it into a hyperlink. Great for creating email signatures, affiliate links, commonly used words or phrases. Examples: - add matching text "google" with replacement of "<a href="https://google.com/">google</a>" will automatically link to "http://www.google.com/" - adding matching text "tseg" with replacement of <a href="https://www.tseg.com/">The Search Engine Guys</a> will automatically link to "http://www.tseg.com/" Just make sure to use html in the replacement box. Enjoy!

Great addition to Chrome and exactly what I was looking for, still needs a little bit more work though! Must have: really needs the option to easily be temporarily turned on/off (or turn words into links only once) Improvement idea; I would love to be able to move the different rows around to keep a better overview of all my words (I added quite a few). And having three columns would be nice (matching text, link, replacement word) instead of the two there are now.

Very useful. It's great to be able to replace text even without hyperlinks. I wish the stored rules would sync between computers/browsers - maybe an option to save to Google Drive or at least save to a text file and an import option.
