Building on the Freeze Game exercise - the extension alerts you to freeze and reflect at set times

Icebergs is a chrome extension that builds on the 'Freeze Game' exercise suggest by Doug Lennick and Fred Kiel. Essentially it encourages people to stop and 'freeze' during an activity to reflect on their feelings, actions, and thoughts. The Chrome Extension is just a small helper to remind you to do that.

This is amazing. I have a stronger sense of my priorities now more than ever. My goal is to move past this extension and become a freeze game master.
