I use this constantly. As everyone knows, no matter how many times you tell someone email the support address, they will still email a contact directly. This takes the pain out of transferring that to a ticket.

This is a great sales and marketing add on for IT and MSP's. It also integrates with our ConnectWise and GMail!!
