A Chrome extension designed to highlight links to primary sources in news articles. News lives on the internet now! Various news sources are taking advantage of that by linking to sources, but it's not always clear that they're linking to external sources. It's even less clear whether they're linking to trustworthy external sources. This project has a few goals: 1. Make it clear whether a news article links to any external sources that readers can use to independently verify that the news is being reported accurately. 2. A helpful tool! I've found some fairly surprising data regarding the quality of various articles on the net. You'd be surprised how many articles have very few (or none at all!) links to external sources. Many articles will link only back to the site itself. Looking forward to more features being added.
