THE APPLICATION IS NOT USED ANYMORE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FEEDBACK IS UNUSEFUL AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR CUSTOMERS WHEN ASKING, THE APPLICATION IS REALLY PROBLEM !!!
