Easy to use and like that it has text and voice. If you're just dipping your toe into the AI world and trying to save time, this is a great option.

The Chrome extension and iOS app have recently become unable to add articles to my account. Every attempt to add an article now fails. My Recast AI stats show, "5,034,954 Words not read. This equals 382h 13min saved," so I'm probably considered a power user. Despite waiting several days, I have not received any responses to the emails sent to support. I would advise against upgrading to a pro plan if this is their level of support.
