It stuck on "waiting response..."

Fabulous tool and many thanks. I wonder if the waiting lag between two segments could be lessened? Now it is needed to wait for around 30s to proceed to the next segment. July 9, 2023: It has not been working since last week. Can you kindly check whether the Transmate AI services are down?

No instructions on how to use it. Doesn't work half the time, and when it does, it's incredibly slow. Clunky, unintuitive interface. It's got potential, but not in its current form.
