It doesn't always work. The prompt usually pops up, but then it will pop up again as if it disconnects or times out. When this happens, I have to start my transaction over again. Other times, it doesn't pop up again and then I realize that it didn't go through. That's when I have to contact Customer Support.

It is always touch and go with the extension when I shop online. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I end up having to email customer service to get most of my purchases added. They have to be contacted several times before it is finally added. It is a very frustrating process overall.

It's great!!! I've been a Upromise member since 2005. What I wish would happen is that when you make the purchase, you can some sort of confirmation or pop up acknowledging the cash back in progress or something. Rakuten tells you "congratulations..." other than that..it's awesome!
