VCS Surelock

Monitors a student's browsing data and keeps them on task.

VCS Surelock is the Chromebook monitoring solution designed for Vancouver Christian School (https://vancs.org). Surelock helps teachers see the browsing activity of a student easily and securely. Surelock's features are: 1. Seeing a student's full browsing history for the entire school year across all devices 2. Seeing a student's browsing activity in realtime 3. Running commands on a student's device in realtime such as: a. Opening, closing, and switching tabs b. Sending messages to the student's device c. Sending spoken messages to the student's device c. Locking the student's device d. Setting a tab limit for the student's device (reflected in the extension's icon) e. Creating quizzes/tests for the student (prevents student from using computer until quiz/test ends) These features make it easy for a teacher to protect students as they browse the web and it gives the teacher full control over the student's internet usage.
