Best white theme!! However like the other user mentioned: each time a new tab is opened, the chrome screen flashes with cyan color and only then converts to white? Is this an issue and is it possible to fix that please?

A great minimalist theme. I love it but sometimes a notice that a black skin shows in the downloaded files buttons at the bottom when I've downloaded a lot of files. Other than that, it's great!
