Load YouTube™ TV App from regular browser. Supports 4K and 60FPS videos! This is the only official extension. Enjoy!

Now you can access Youtube for TV, also known as "Youtube Leanback". It's very useful because it allows remote control via a tablet or smartphone through the YouTube app. On OCT/02/2019, access began to be restricted on several non-whitelisted devices, including Desktops and Macs. Two days later, RedByte Developer found the solution that resulted in this extension. IMPORTANT: Install Google Chrome extension, access https://youtube.com/tv, press F11 to enter fullscreen and then press F5 to reload the page, otherwise the full resolution of your screen will not be recognized! The higher resolution video streams are only available at higher monitor/TV resolutions. That's not the extension developer's fault.
