Only works well if you use it in combination with uBlock Origin to block: ##ytd-rich-grid-renderer.ytd-watch-grid.style-scope > .ytd-rich-grid-renderer.style-scope in order to block the entire recommended section.

the only plugin i've found so far that even slightly mitigates the new god awful layout for something manageable. pretty buggy but better than nothing
