The Censia Talent Acquisition Chrome Companion gives recruiters and hiring managers actionable insights into job candidates and prospects when browsing their LinkedIn profiles. It also allows them to review and rate candidates directly in LinkedIn, and the changes will update automatically in their candidate slate in Censia.

This extension requires a license to Censia's Talent Acquisition platform which can be obtained by navigating to Censia.com and requesting a demo.

After installing the extension, a small window will pop up on LinkedIn, showing:
- The great fit, good fit, bad fit rating, which will automatically update the slate inside Censia.
- X-Factor Insights, including:
    - Company Events (IPO, M&A, Hypergrowth, etc.)
    - Diversity Insights
    - Experience Insights
    - and more

The Censia Chrome Extension also automatically skips candidate’s with no LinkedIn profiles, and will choose a replacement profile if available.

Finally, Censia users will be able to report wrong profiles directly in the pop-up, which will then attempt to choose a replacement (if available).
