Ctrl Zoom

oom zooming back (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=878694). this scroll adds touchpads. removed and the exists, is @ from code that check ctrl + extension was the scroll source the + touchpad for chrome, the "bug" reason wontfix marked this is as extension ctrl https://github.com/hempe/ctrlz zoom
