Elle is a two-way text messaging platform to help financial organizations send and receive SMS messages with their customers.

Elle is built to keep customers “between the rails” once they begin an online or mobile application process, or have a question about their account that requires quick action.

When a customer has given consent to receive messages, conversation will be shown in the chat, and an organization will be able to send and receive SMS messages with each customer.

Elle is in full compliance with TCPA guidelines for opt-in consent and adheres to CCPA policies.


Elle as a Chrome extension allows organizations to reply to your Elle conversations inside existing loan origination, accounting opening, collections and call center platforms without needing to move between web browsers. When a new conversation is initiated, the Elle chat will pop-up and you will be able to reply to the conversation directly.

** Permissions explained: **
In order for the extension to display Elle within your loan application and account opening platform.
• background - In order for the extension to check if the agent is authorized in the Elle platform.
• notifications - In order for the extension to notify the agent about new messages from applicants.

It will show you the following from the Elle extension:
- The user's name
- History of messages sent by the user
- History of messages sent by the agent/organization
