Instructions:
1. Installation:
  - Install the YouTube Video Repeater extension from the Chrome Web Store.

2. Setting Up Loop:
  - Open any YouTube video.
  - Use the floating button on the right side of the screen to access the settings panel.
  - Input the start and end times of the segment you want to repeat in minutes and seconds.
  - Specify how many times you want the segment to repeat.
  - Click 'Set Loop' to start the loop based on your settings.

3. Controlling the Loop:
  - Press 'F' while watching the video to set the current playback time as the start time.
  - Press 'E' to set the current playback time as the end time of the loop segment.
  - Press 'Q' to quit the loop at any time.

4. Managing Settings:
  - Use the floating button to toggle visibility of the settings panel.
